2024 Fiscal Year Navy Bonuses. The new eb guidance is effective today, may 1, 2024, and it supersedes the one released just a over a week ago. Navy accessions training (nat) and prior service (ps) sailors bonuses have been increased to $20,000 for 3 years of selres service for all rates in the navy reserve.

Reserve duty future sailors may earn enlistment bonuses (eb) depending on their training program and ship date. Future sailors and veterans must either enlist or reassess.
